The forward spent the last season in Israel. He played for Elitzur Netanya. Brian Asbury notched 18.0 points, 7.6 boards, 1.7 assists and 1.4 steals per game in Premier League. He earned All-Israeli League Honourable Mention. Previously Brian Asbury had stints with Hapoel Tel-Aviv, Kirya.

Ashkelon was thrashed 92- 73 at Barak Netanya, suffering its fourth defeat in the last five games.
Netanya led throughout the first half, but Ashkelon closed to within two points (49-47) midway through the third quarter.
However, the hosts pulled ahead once more with an 18-4 run and clinched a win that takes them to eighth place and puts them in pole position to claim the final playoff berth.
Brian Asbury had 25 points and seven rebounds for Netanya, with Adrian Banks adding 22.
Marco Killingsworth scored 17 for Ashkelon, which remained in the top six courtesy of Gilboa/Galil’s 76-74 win at Ashdod.

Hapoel Holon rebounded from its State Cup thrashing at the hands of Maccabi Tel Aviv with a dramatic 71-70 BSL victory over Barak Netanya on Monday.
Bryant Dunston had 24 points and 13 rebounds for Holon, which climbed to third place with the win.
Adrian Banks scored 25 points for Netanya, while Brian Asbury had 18 points and 11 boards for Danny Franco’s team, which lost for the fourth time in five games to remain in ninth place.

Maccabi Tel Aviv beat Barak Netanya 85-70 on the road to improve to 12-1 in the BSL on Monday night, but more importantly it came through its final game before Thursday’s Euroleague showdown against Barcelona unscathed.
Brian Asbury had 18 points and seven rebounds for Netanya, which has lost two consecutive games after winning four straight.

Barak Netanya finally recorded its first win of the BSL season on Sunday, beating BC Habika’a 88-80 to snap a sixgame losing streak.
Netanya stormed into a 25-5 lead and held on for a sweet victory at home.
Christian Burns had 22 points and 12 rebounds for Netanya, which also got 17 points apiece from Jerome Randle and Brian Asbury.
Rashaun Freeman scored 21 points for Habika’a.

Last season Brian Asbury tallied 27.0 points, 6.9 rebounds, 1.4 assists, 1.4 steals and 1.0 block per game. Brian Asbury finished the season as the topscorer in National League. Brian Asbury was named All-Israeli National League Player of the Year. It was the second consecutive title for the forward. Last season Brian Asbury also grabbed the title while playing for Kiryat Tivon.
