BROCK
SOLID: Fourth-string QB Brock
Berlin worked extensively in seven-on-seven and
11-on-11 drills, making some good – and bad
– plays. He connected with WR Jason Willis on a
slant pattern in traffic, but two plays later
telegraphed a pass intended for WR Jamall Broussard,
which was intercepted by CB André Goodman. Berlin later
hooked up on a deep ball with WR Fred Gibson, who beat
CB Will Allen. On the next pass, Allen struck back,
intercepting a pass intended for WR Frank
Murphy.
